Just less than one month from Yu Menglong’s death in Beijing, China, reports have resurfaced on the dark web concerning the circumstances around his demise.
Initially, the Chinese police concluded the cause of his death to be due to an accidental fall from a high-rise building while drunk.
According to official reports, the alcohol level in the Eternal Love star actor’s blood was abnormally high. But, netizens strongly oppose some of the circumstances surrounding the case.
Yu Menglong’s Death: Accident or Murder
A photographer took to the public to announce the passing away of the Chinese drama actor. He deleted his post but reposted with more details, soon after, on Menglong’s death.
Later, the actor’s agency also posted on social media announcing his death.
Some unsatisfied netizens started sharing theories, including one that showed three naked men disposing of a body in a viral CCTV video that suggested foul play was involved with the actor’s death.
While the local police closed off the case as an accident due to alcohol intoxication, netizens on the dark web strongly disagree and question the conclusions.
Many online users believe that the attackers controlled, tortured, or even gang-raped Yu before throwing him off the building. A dark web video allegedly shows Yu begging the men for mercy, telling them he was “afraid of heights,” but they ignored his pleas.
Another footage revealed him screaming, “Even if you kill me, I won’t surrender,” hinting at his association with some entities that tried to silence him.
Proactive netizens alleged on the dark web that Yu swallowed a flash drive but was later tortured and disemboweled before his tragic death.
Reports suggest that Yu Menglong witnessed his pet dog, Fuli, being abused and beaten right in front of him. A netizen has claimed that he paid $100,000 to access the video in question, which, as per the report, has been submitted to the FBI for evidence.
Yu’s Connection with the CCP Leaders?
The 37-year-old Chinese actor’s sudden demise, in addition to the Chinese government’s attempt to abruptly close the case in a hurry, concluding Yu’s death as suicide, spurred fury in Chinese social media.
Others believe Yu Menglong’s death is very much connected to the CCP Leaders. Multiple theories have surrounded his death.
According to China in Focus, a Chinese YouTube channel, Cai Yijia, the alleged illegitimate son of communist leader Cai Qi and Li Ming, the son of former Premier of China, Li Peng. He might possess incriminating data about Chinese officials allegedly laundering money.
Yahoo also reported that two famous actors and producers who attended the party with Yu Menglong on the night he died are linked to the case.
